While this is a good 30 minutes away, the oneness you will feel with nature is worth it. The skies feel bluer here and the air is definitely cleaner. There is a nice sized zipline which the kids just love. My 24 year old self has also used that zipline...it's pretty neat. There is a running trail, a sand trail, and a biking trail. There is also a picknic area and lots and lots of exploration space. It is also free!

Great free nature park with a small play area for children that includes a zip line!!!!

Paved multipurpose trail, hiking trails, boardwalk over wetlands, picnic areas, rock and rope playground climbers for kids, and zip line.
