If you are done with fancy dinners and just want a simple, quick meal - go to Pluto's. For about 10eur you get a huge burger, potatoes and a beer - what's not to like? Their chef is a lovely granny that puts a lot of effort into them and you can tell. I don't eat meat and I was very surprised to find a vegan burger in Sibenik, and even more surprised that it was SO good. My bf eats meat and his favourites are chilly and truffle burgers. We've been there more than 10 times now and we'll be back again! Be sure to come with an empty stomach as the meals are huge.
