40 minutes drive this hidden track is a great walk behind mount Te Aroha through old abandoned mine workings.Many choices which route to take and usually very quiet not many people know about it.Quality hiking boots recommended.

about 15 -20 mins by car, very historical ruins of gold mining, and two walk's one easy one steep at time's.
