Boat trips and tours are something I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience Lake Como at its best. Whether you are visiting Lake Como for a day or staying longer, get on a boat and visit your favourite destinations. Mine are Varenna (Villa Cipressi, Villa Monastero and the Castle of Vezio and the Lovers walk right above the lake), Bellagio, Tremezzo (Villa Carlotta and its botanical gardens), Menaggio, Como and Isola Comacina (the only island of Lake Como).
