A pretty place just the other side of the M1, it has locks, a museum, a pub and opportunities for a canal boat trip - a tranquil day out.

Great walk along the canal with 13 locks, very pretty. The museum is right by a great Pub The Barge and is a must for kids and interested visitors alike.
