Bates is considered a quintessential visit while in the Detroit Metro area. This Historic burger joint has been in business since 1959, making it one of Livonia's oldest operational restaurants. Bates offers customers a retro, 1950's style American-slider experience, and really low prices too. The shop is still owned by Mr. Bates' wife.
