Proof is a casual restaurant at the Four Seasons. We love the food and the views of Pinnacle Peak. Try to go at sunset-the views are spectacular.

Indoor or outdoor dining for lunch or dinner. They have lots of options, specialty drinks, and pretzel rolls that are yummy. Also, their famous for their chicken & waffles dish

Another favorite brunch/lunch spot, located at the Four Seasons. They have a weekend brunch buffet that is to die for and amazing pretzel balls. Great views, low key vibe.

Proof Canteen is within the Four Seasons. Their outdoor patio has breathtaking views of Phoenix and beautiful sunsets! It's a bit on the pricier side if you're having dinner, but it's perfect for having appetizers and drinks! We love to sit on their patio and get a house Old Fashioned.
