It's mainly a wine shop, which has quite a good selection, but they also serve pretty tasty little tapas style dishes. It's a good place to grab a glass of wine and have a snack before heading out for the night.

Frank wine and flower does exactly what its name suggests. What it doesn't tell you is that they bring in a chef on Thursdays at five who does whatever he wants until close. Check it out!
