Their motto says it all, “Life is short, eat more pie.” This downtown Kyle landmark is one reason Kyle claims to be the pie capital of Texas. Besides pie, they also serve comfort food such as casseroles, chicken pot pie, King Ranch chicken, and sandwiches during lunchtime. 202 W. Center Street, Kyle.
