Rooftop in midtown. Please check with the hotel for private events and hours of operation. Come early to avoid cover charge and long lines.

If you don't mind having a drink with an incredible view of The Empire State building on the roof of a fabulous hotel, come to the Refinery Rooftop.

This is my favorite rooftop in the NYC year round w/a view of the empire state building (there is a retractable roof). Amazing cocktails and it has a DJ on weekend nights. Just a heads up that the rooftop gets booked a lot for private parties in the summer time so I'd call ahead and ask if it's available.
