Consider taking a 10 minutes drive to Beans Brother, a rustic cafe hidden in the middle of industrial area. Built in a spacious factory lot, it is local's favorite perfect for coffee and work. Their hot beverages are arguably the best the neighborhood has to offer and its brunch menu promises fresh dynamic flavors.

Industrial-factory cafe style. Lotsa breathing space as it's huge especially the upper floor.
