This is an awesome place to visit starting in November they have a spectacular Festival of Lights, during the summer July 4th there are awesome fireworks, in between time you have picnic areas, paddle boats and stables.

Check for events during your stay. Tanglewood is a beautiful historic park originally created by the RJ Reynolds family. Enjoy the Festival of Lights, Championship Golf Course, Tennis, Water Park, Trail Rides for all ages and skill levels, Paddle Boats, Concerts, tours of historic Manor House, and more.
