The Skirted Heffer is the home of the best burger in Colorado Springs. Be sure to order it "skirted"! There is a second location at Skirted Heifer, 5935 Dublin Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923. Both locations have great service and amazing food!

There are two locations. There is one just about 1 mile away, and the other is downtown. Great local and unique restaurant. Thanks for supporting our local economy.

TINY burger restaurant serving up their very own creation... a fried cheese skirt around your artisan burger. TAKEOUT is better; DO NOT expect to find a table inside.
