A popular one with us. Start your walk from Red Nab car park on the west side of Lake Windermere and walk on up through the forests to this 360 degree view of the surrounding area.

Walking up to Latterbarrow from Hawkshead is a lovely little walk. Great views from the tall beacon on the top. Have a wander round Hawkshead too well known for its associations with Beatrix potter. Oh and William Wordsworth once went to the village school !
