Shibuya Excehl Hotel Tokyu has a bus stop for limousine buses, which are for Narita Airport or Haneda Airport. The passenger can take the limousine on the 5th floor of this hotel.

25f floor of Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu. Great Japanese style breakfast. Not cheap at 2500 yen but the view and full traditional breakfast is worth it.
