Gulfport is renowned for its events. GeckoFest marks the end of summer over Labor Day weekend with live music, more than 200 vendors. The city's First Friday Art Walk draws locals and visitors alike in search of handcrafted treasures. Residents and visitors enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, beach, dance hall, art walks and boutiques.

Most all of Gulfport is a cute little town with really only one street light... parks are ample and restaurants are really mostly all locally owned...

Super eclectic little area. Great to go for a morning or afternoon. They have a cute downtown and some yummy food. Very dog friendly as well.

Artsy little town with a little beach, art galleries, dining. We love it. Just a quick drive/uber away, or ride your bike there on the Pinellas Trail!
