Upscale wine bar with a great tapas menu. You can ride the elevator upstairs and sit outside overlooking the busy Midtown scene or find a more quiet lounge area downstairs. Either way, this place is a good time.

Perfect happy hour spot. Enjoy the bar downstairs or the balcony upstairs when the weather is nice.
