Palo Alto Caltrain station is the closest. A nice walk or bike ride from the home.

Can get the CalTrain to SF or SJ, take south to Mountain View and switch to the Light Rail, take north to Millbrae and switch to BART. Also local bus lines and shuttles.

Palo Alto is a short Uber or bus ride away. If you are running late for the train, you can also go to the San Carlos train station (slightly longer Uber ride) and beat the train!
