New York Food Court

I love watching trends, and the New York Food Court is where you go to see Chinese and Pan Pacific food trends arrive and depart. The current trend is poke, a Hawaiian raw fish salad that you’ll find here in so many varieties, like spicy ahi and miso tako. The last was Chinese hot pot: your choice of seafood, meats, and vegetables sauteed in a huge bowl, combined with broth or eaten dry, paid for by the pound. Don't arrive when school gets out because it will be hella crowded.
