With the El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse restaurant concept, it is our aim to establish the benchmark in Southeast Asia for a contemporary and specialized steakhouse concept, earning a reputation of the city's finest restaurants. With today seven locations in Vietnam and Thailand, the Argentinian touch can be found in all parts of the restaurant concept - The menu, drink and wine list and ambience. We strive to assure a satisfying food and drink experience and to create an inviting atmosphere ideal for any occasion. Original brick walls, wood and metal - We have deliberately opted to feature in all our location's interior the key elements of our focal point - Our specialty grill, exclusively developed for our chain, allowing us to maintain and accentuate the original flavor of the naturally raised meat. Our restaurants are proud to serve the finest steakhouse-style food, using only the best products and ingredients, especially in regard to our beef - Australian and American beef, sourced from selected farmers and ranchers, reaching the highest marble scores and grading the countries have available. We solely use beef from cattle that are handled, fed and treated according to the strict animal welfare guidelines, raised in non-stress environments and at no point exposed to antibiotics or hormones. Properly aged in our cold storage to fully develop the flavour and tenderness for that melt in your mouth and consistent quality experience, all our beef is hand-cut and hand-trimmed by the El Gaucho butchers as well as Halal certified. We constantly seek to update and expand our wine list with the latest treasures by selecting the best quality wines. Our restaurant aims to satisfy its guests with outstanding options from international wineries, from Argentina to Chile, France to Spain, and Australia to USA.
