This is one of many great butchers in Vancouver, this one is Italian, and does a lot of value added items, stuffed pork loin is a favourite. If you have some time go on a Saturday, take a number, and stand back at the fridges.

Not a vegetarian? Check out this amazing old-school Italian butcher. Old school but modern! Very close by and amazing.
