It's a beautiful beach in Forster and dog friendly. Walk along Bicentennial and Frewins Walks in Forster to arrive at this beach. It's also a popular surfing beach and sometimes you will see people surf kiting as well. The beach has a surf life saving club at the Southern end. One mile beach is next to a large park with barbecue, picnic facilities and playground equipment. Map.

One of the best beaches on the NSW coast. Calm, protected and patrolled at the south end. Great fishing and surfing further north. Samurai Beach (north of the rocky divide) is designated clothes optional. One Mile Beach is a 400m walk down through the National Park from One Mile Ridge.

Shhh - don't tell anyone else but there is a walking trail through National Park from Boat Harbour to One Mile Beach. Or if you prefer, it is only a 5 minute drive away. One Mile beach is a long pristine surf beach suitable for all ages. It also has life guards in place (plus Swell Kiosk nearby)

Great beach for all levels of swimming as it is a patrolled beach. Also features a surf school.
