Because is very close, very artistic, with nice and friendly people working there and nice selection of cocktails for cocktail lovers

A really nice bar near the flat. If you like to walk, you can go there that way or take the tram 1 (direction Dreirosenbrücke) to the stop "Voltaplatz".

Have a look at the old bank vault in the cellar - cool bar with great cocktails and live music/DJs ocassionally
