Located in a singapore style indoor food hawker market, Gumshara is famous for its authentic Tonkatsu Ramen. It's fantastic, but artery clogging!

In the super mega ramen noodle is a pork spare rib, bbq pork slices, pork skewer and a gooey yolked egg cut in half....

Inside the harbour plaza food court at Dixon street, easily missed unless you are looking for it specifically. Busy as always, still very good attention to details and presentation. Well known for the thick soup base, you either love it or hate it.. very strongly flavoured
