Close to Deutsches Museum, nice place for breakfast and brunch, or just a coffee stop. Also nice for a drink and food at night. View to Ludwigsbrücke, directly at Isar. And close to Museumslichtspiele (old arthouse cinema with movies in original (english, french...))

Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen & Bar - im Rosi kann man alles. Beim Sitzen in den großen Fenster kann man das Treiben auf der Rosenheimer Strasse beobachten
