Ristorante Consorzio serves haute Piedmont cuisine in a warm and rustic, yet elegant setting – here you can enjoy fine dining but with a little less formality. Il consorzio è spesso citato per la naturale passione per il vino, la ricerca sui prodotti, la valorizzazione delle frattaglie, delle erbe spontanee e delle verdure dimenticate, la sua cucina è avvolgente come un abbraccio, anche perché stringe le maglie di una comunità di appassionati composta da avventori, cuochi, produttori, vignerons. La sala non è più solo il luogo dove si mangia, ma anche quello in cui si tesse la trama di questa Santa Alleanza tra produttori, trasformatori e consumatori avvertiti.
