Owned by the same people as popular Manchester Northern Quarter Restaurant Cottonopolis, Edinburgh Castle is a fantastic pub offering tasty modern pub cuisine.

Newly renovated, this pub has reopened after years of closure. Beautifully and respectfully refurbed, it compliments the history of what it was with a high quality and relaxing new feel. Beer and cocktails available and a great new addition.

Fantastic choice of international and local beers. Great snacks and grub too! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, and dog friendly to boot.
