Really lovely local pub, approximately 2 miles from Street Farmhouse. The food for both lunch and dinner is good.

Closer to home is the Horse and Groom at Woodgreen which Is just a few minutes down the road (they also do take-always) there are ponies and donkeys frequently on the road outside! There are lovely walks up the road to Hale Purlieu. Both the Wooden Spoon and The Goat in nearby Downton are popular pubs (5-10 mins down the lane from us).

2.8 miles. Super pub in the New Forest. Friendliest of hosts and nice garden. Yummy food too! The pub even offers home delivery for takeaways meals and drinks.

Local pub in Woodgreen (less than 10 mins from the Sail Loft), serving excellent food and open every day. Very popular and booking Is essential. Ask for a table in the pub itself and not in the marquee.
