If you order a la carte do not miss the (aporreado) of Huetamo that has jerky, egg and chile molido in molcajete. Do not forget to eat the toqueras and the tamales of sweet corn, which you can accompany with beans.

Su gastronomía es típica del estado 100% recomendable, es un platillo especial de tierra caliente, sus platillos se sirven en cazuelas que se comparte con los amigos o familia, uchepos, queso fresco, aporreadillo, todo un deleite de la comida regional.
