I think they would do best renting a place with no animals (even if they choose an apartment obviously listing animals) and a large space with no more than one other person. They seemed very obviously unhappy with the animals in our apartment, the fact there were 3 roommates living there (both of which we clearly have and list on our ad) and also unhappy with the size of our New York (not many larger options especially in that budget) apartment. Their obvious discomfort despite many attempts to accommodate them made for an uncomfortable weekend for our apartment!
