Very nice and location was great

We were skeptical of this unit after reading a negative review and after receiving a notice that the refrigerator had gone out two days before our stay. However, the unit is nicer than as it appears online and the management company brought in a smaller fridge/freezer for us to use during our stay, which was fine with us given we eat out most of the time. We’ve stayed at High Point three years in a row and is absolutely spectacular views on the ocean and such an incredibly convenient location for shops and restaurants and biking. My only criticism would be Vacasa needs to share better instructions on accessing the included bikes and beach chairs upon arrival. And maybe separate your instructions from all of your recommendations. It’s a lot to weed through when you’re just trying to find codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

This home was just like the pictures. Didn’t have any problems with check in or check out.

Loved it! Beautiful views! Very clean! Perfect location! My family and I loved this place. We will definitely be booking again!
