Hannah was very responsive with every question I had. She reached out to me prior to us checking in to let us know the heater was not working but that she was gonna have a tech look at it. She provided space heaters and even stated that she would refund us the full amount if we decided to stay elsewhere due to the heating issue. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Heated started working, still kept space heaters just in case and actually had to ask Hannah to adjust the thermostat because it got too hot!
