Wonderful, quiet and easily accessible location. Perfect space for 2 couples. Walkable to Broadway and local restaurants. Very safe location and neighborhood was quiet. Easy to park on the street. Mike was very responsive and proactive. We would definitely return for another stay. 5 stars!!!!

Great layout for couples, but needs updated, cleaned & the parking is very tight for a large vehicle. Location was great. For the price, it seemed a bit more expensive that what we paid just last year for a newer, updated home. I would consider staying again ( based on location) if in A bind, but was disappointed that he read our email to request a late checkout and didn’t reply. We did make him aware of the issues we had with the cleaning & items not available (shampoo & conditioner in bathroom)
Etc. he apologized and said he would let cleaners know. The kitchen utensils, baking sheets, dishes were dusty/ dirty and the pans needed cleaning. As an owner , I would have offered something to accommodate my guests. Even a $5 pizza coupon would have been nice.

We always stay in East Nashville, and this location was perfect for two couples! The neighborhood is gorgeous with so many beautiful homes. We had a rental car, but probably didn't really need it. The neighborhood was very walkable with great bars and restaurants only a few blocks away. I would recommend Smith & Lenz Brewery for pizza and Sky Blue Cafe for breakfast/brunch. (The brewery has weird hours so check first!) We used Uber to Broadway and it was around $10 early in the day. We stayed a little later on Saturday night than we usually would have (we like to avoid the huge crowds!), so surge pricing was in effect when we returned around 7 pm--the cost for a ride for 4 people at that time was around $20.
The beds were comfy, and the space was squeaky clean. We would definitely return!

We had a blast and planning to make it an annual trip.
