I am a global citizen, have backpacked through Africa, studied in Europe and worked as a writer in the USA. I work in natural medicine, and have been published. I enjoy good food and wine, cinema, theatre and long walks in nature. I love going to book launches at the Book Lounge (Cape Town's famous vintage bookshop), film festivals at the Labia (Cape Town's famous vintage cinema) and wine tasting at our beautiful Cape vineyard estates.
