Emmanuel is very communicative and clear in his instructions and house rules. The house was clean and just like the pictures, very convenient if you’re needing a place near Austin. Cozy and safe. Would not recommend booking if you’re not into having to follow lots of very specific rules. There’s a camera inside the house he mentions that isn’t pointed at a public spot, but does provide a vague sense of being watched/listened to. House has Netflix which is cool. Not super loaded up on amenities like soap, toilet paper, or towels so be prepared for that. But I guess I didn’t really inquire about more. Host is very clear about the rules so be prepared to follow them, as he is *real* strict on them. Check in was easy and Checkout was very easy. Overall, an okay experience. Not the best, not the worst. It’s a decent place to stay if you’re willing to play ball, otherwise if need something more lax I would keep looking/pay a bit more. Really read those rules before booking, y’all.
