Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the sea and enjoy the view from the balcony! Yannis was helpful and available with suggestions whenever we asked! 10/10!

Giannis' apartment is just a 3-minute walk from a sandy beach with amazing, clear waters.

Pros:
-Excellent view and lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing
-The location is incredibly peaceful. The only sounds we heard were the soothing waves and the cicadas

Cons to Consider:
-There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The owners attributed this to the house being very close to the sea
-The absence of a shower curtain in the bathroom meant water splashed everywhere when showering, which was quite inconvenient
-The kitchen equipment could be significantly improved
-We encountered trouble with the owners' behaviour, mainly because they insisted on additional money (the accommodation tax, which they implied was not included in the price) only two days prior to our arrival, even though the booking had already been fully paid through the platform. This was quite disappointing and unsettling

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing with beautiful sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

il posto è incantevole, la spiaggia di pirgaki è una delle più belle e l'alloggio è a tre minuti a piedi, posto tranquillo, l'appartamento essenziale con tutto il necessario, manca la connessione wi fi ma con un buon piano dati di sopperisce bene, il terrazzino vista spiaggia da un panorama splendido con tramonti stupendi, tutto pulito, c'è anche la macchinetta del caffè, il ferro da stiro che è molto utile, tutto bene davvero.
