We bought HD in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, ready for a fresh adventure & a chance to build something of our own. Joy grew up on a farm in Alberta, and Ken moved nearly 20 times across Ontario & Alberta—so we know a thing or two about hard work & adapting to change. We’re passionate about helping guests experience the beauty of Port Renfrew—a peaceful corner of Vancouver Island surrounded by ocean, forest, &nature at its best.
