Nice location close to Hollywood attractions. They answered my request to move me to a quieter room. Customer service is excellent.

I stayed in this building for 10 months and have never left a 1-star review before, but transparency is important. I stayed in 3 different units and consistently dealt with noise, thin walls/floors, and serious safety concerns. One neighbor came to my door aggressively; another returned intoxicated and banged on doors, sometimes preventing me from leaving. I involved building security and have video evidence. The intercom was down for days at a time, affecting guests and deliveries. Hosts often deflected blame (even blamed me for the intercom) and failed to disclose loud, prolonged repairs in other units. I contacted Airbnb multiple times, received small credits via Airbnb (not the hosts), and asked to be moved — the hosts declined and didn’t take responsibility. What began as a promising stay became stressful and unsafe. I cannot recommend this listing unless the hosts begin taking guest safety and building-wide issues seriously.

This is an ideal spot for an extended stay in Hollywood - very conveniently located, safe and secure, clean, gated parking, furnished simply but with everything you need, walkable to the heart of Hollywood including metro station. I would absolutely recommend staying here
