2025年7月Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa und konnten es sehr geniessen. Da das Haus etwas abseits war, konnten wir die Privatsphäre in vollen Zügen geniessen.

2025年6月Our stay was fantastic. The house is beautiful and the housekeeper was on hand for everything/anything we needed, she was lovely and attentive.
Being situated in the middle of the Umbrian hills with stunning views and hot weather - what more could you ask for? The pool area is absolutely wonderful and very relaxing.
The local restaurants and vineyard we got recommended were also fantastic additions to our trip and well worth doing. We also got the local chef in for Friday night which was so much fun and the food was incredible!
100% would recommend it to anyone looking and we want to come back!

2025年6月We absolutely love our stay. The setting and the home are just beautiful. Incredibly peaceful and secluded, we especially loved our morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley. The pool and amenities are fantastic. Maria was super helpful, funny and we really enjoyed having her around. A highlight of our stay was the local chef Assunta, who taught us the secrets of tagliatelle making and then cooked us a delicious meal, which we ate while watching the fireflies dance around! We are already talking about when we can return! Thank you Belinda and Maria!

2024年12月My husband and I have been travelling off the beaten track in Italy for a few weeks and came across this beautiful stone villa in the hills south of Perugia. It is beautifully appointed, surrounded by natural forest and vineyards, all one hears is birdsong. We enjoyed exploring Assisi and Perugia and collecting wine from the local vineyards. The views across the valley to Assisi are spectacular from the outdoor dining terrace and pool. The housekeeper Maria was very helpful and knowledgable about the area and we hope to return with the family in the summer.

2024年9月The villa is a very comfy farmhouse in the Umbrian countryside. It's rustic in a good way. The villa is well equipped with most conveniences. The kitchen is functional and the living areas are very nice. Bedrooms are all comfortable and bathrooms are clean and functional. The outdoor areas are nice, particularly the area near the pool. The bocci court was an unexpected and nice addition.
There are a few issues to be aware of. First, the villa is really out in the country. This is both a positive (very quiet, great views) and a negative (it takes a while to get into town). The biggest issue is that the roads leading to the villa are really, really rough. You absolutely need an SUV to get there. Also, internet access is a bit spotty, so if you're planning on working just realize that you may not always have network access. Finally, like most Italian villa's the pool isn't heated so late in the season it's pretty cool. Overall, a nice place if you're looking for quiet
