Spiders and webs in the house. Full kitchen but not one pot. The air vents are VERY loud in bedrooms. Grass was mowed but outside surrounding could be cleaned up since it is being used for a BnB. Air conditioning was good. Beds were comfy. Big enough for a family of 5 to visit. Bring your own blankets, pillows and toilet paper.

This is a cozy place and just as advertised! Cesar was a great communicator and responded quickly. The only small issues were the spider and spider webs but it wasn’t a big enough problem to lose a star and I think it’s just the overall area and not sure if anything could actually be done about it since I assume that unless someone is renting it out, it’s on its own (and I can’t imagine a whole lot of traffic out in the country). Would definitely stay again!

2nd time our stay was a little different. Trash left behind in the trash can, bedroom in front/ blanket had holes in it, house needs a good hood cleaning and fresh bedding for all beds.
