Great spot for groups of four or more - spacious and private with an awesome roof deck and very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for us to stay for a weekend! Everything as described and Eric was always responsive.

We had a nice stay at Peacock Perch. The layout was great for our group of eight. Super nice for each bedroom to have an independent bathroom. There were some basics missing upon arrival, but Eric replenished those quickly. A bit of wear of tear from previous guests and we would have liked a bit more to work with in the kitchen. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great home, spacious and plenty of activities for our large group as we were visiting for a wedding. Would stay again!
