Great space within easy walking distance of Trastevere and all major sites.

We had a couple of issues during our stay, but Giovanni got them sorted straight away. He’s an excellent host.

We had a lovely time at Giovanni’s. The place was fully equiped and clean. He was very helpful and checkin/out was clear. The location was perfect, and the little backyard is a lovely place to read an have a coffee in the morning. We will come back here, for sure.

it is a lovely airbnb. not a lot of things to do/to see around, but of course we knew it. easy to get to the center by metro (and this line works fine). we didn't meet Giovanni, as Sonia and Peiro were in charge. in general, we had great time there. there were some gifts for us: a local wine, several bottles of water and some sweets, there was tea and coffee available for morning as well. unfortunately, we had an issue with the clogged toilet that led to a bit of flooding. on the first morning when I was showering (+ using a washing machine), the water started rising from underneath the toilet. Sonia was super responsive (thanks a lot!), but the plumber could only come on Monday. by Monday morning we had another problem with hot water and water pressure. it was all very unfortunate, but probably caused by the previous guests. Sonia made everything she could to resolve the issue. all in all I'd recommend this place
