I’m Min, the food artist behind Sibatable, where I turn noodles into puppies, pasta into fashion, and rice balls into pandas and raccoons. I’m inspired by Studio Ghibli, music, and my shiba inu, Ichi. As weird and whimsical as my dishes appear in photos, it’s important to me that they are rooted in traditional Korean cooking—and taste delicious. I’ve collaborated with brands like Marc Jacobs and IKEA.
