Sol Food Café is the only completely organic espresso bar and fresh vegetable/fruit juice bar in Taos County. Sol Food Cafe offers a variety of healthy options on their menu including breakfast . All of the organic coffee drinks are made with organic milks and alternatively dairy free milks. Their pastries are some of the best in town. Our favorites are the frozen fruit smoothies, panini sandwiches their amazing organic salads and wraps. Daily sandwich and soup specials are also a common find.

A small, very well-edited grocery in Arroyo Seco. Also, a restaurant and they have prepared takeaway.
