This is a great cafe that doubles up as a restaurant on an evening. It’s situated on the West Pier and has a great view overlooking the harbour. This is a working pier so do take care when visiting to avoid fork lift trucks and be prepared for some very local smells! This cafe has served the fishermen, locals and visitors alike for decades in one form or another, it originally started as a hut in the car park many years ago and was called “The Tea Shack”, this term is still used by many locals.

A little known (to tourists) cafe which overlooks Scarborough harbour. Where Myrrhine and I go for a post school-run coffee - opens at 7am. Advise booking as they don’t have many tables.

Walk down to this lovely place on the South Bay. Amazing breakfasts and lunch, fresh seafood .
