If you are looking for a restaurant close and convenient to the flat for breakfast/brunch, I highly recommend Blue Star over anything else in close walking distance. Large menu, carnivore and vegetarian friendly, and a full bar make this a good choice... and unlike some other places, they will work to accommodate special requests, if possible.
